Stride is a brand of chewing gum created by Cadbury Adams (Owned by Kraft Foods). As of December 2010, there are fourteen flavors available and two new flavors coming out in February 2011. Stride was available only in the United States until January 2008, when the Spearmint, Sweet Peppermint and Forever Fruit flavors were made available in Canada. Stride shift was available in Canada on June 2010. All flavors (excluding Winterblue, Always Mandarin, and Sweet Cinnamon.) are now available in Canada. [1] The growing gum market for Stride and other Cadbury-Adams brand Trident in the United States contributed to unexpectedly strong sales for the company in 2007.[2][3][4]. Its packs usually consist of 14 pieces of gum.
There are 16 flavors in total, including the newly introduced flavor changing Shift flavors and soon-to-be released Stride Spark flavors. They are as follows: Shift is a flavor changing gum in two flavors +(Berry to Mint and Citrus to Mint). Being 2 flavors the pack is 3 different colors. For Berry to Mint Red, Pink and blue and for Citrus to Mint Orange, yellow and green(both right to left)
